Rise asks a lot from you at 6 AM — and almost nothing about you.

Your camera never phones home Pushups, barcodes and sky checks run entirely on-device with Apple Vision. Photos and video are never stored or uploaded.
No ads. No data brokers. We don't sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps. Your sleep schedule is nobody's business.
Anonymous by default You get an anonymous account automatically. Sign in with Apple is optional — only if you want your streaks to survive a new phone.
Delete everything, any time One tap in Settings erases your account and synced data. No email chains, no dark patterns.
