Delete your account

Takes about ten seconds. No email chains, no dark patterns.

What deletion does

Deleting your Rise account permanently removes your authentication record and all data synced to it from our servers: alarms, wake history, streaks, XP, level, badges, unlocks, and onboarding answers. This cannot be undone.

In the app (recommended)

  1. Open Rise.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. In the Account section, tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm. Your account and synced data are erased immediately.

By email

Can't access the app anymore? Email hi@risealarm.dev with the subject "Delete my account" and we will erase your data within 30 days. If you signed in with Apple, write from the address linked to your account (private-relay addresses work) so we can find it.

Good to know

  • Subscriptions are separate. Deleting your account does not cancel a Rise Pro subscription — cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the App Store app.
  • On-device data (local alarms and settings) is removed when you delete the app from your iPhone.
